Service requests can be placed online through the resident portal or called into the Management office during office hours.

No, simply indicate we have permission to enter.

Please feel free to stop in the office, place a work order thru the portal, or leave a message.

All maintenance issues are handled in order with the exception of an emergency.

You are welcome to call a locksmith at your expense.

Normal decorations, but will charge if we have to cover for painting.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community! Yes, breed and weight restrictions apply. 2 pet max.

Onetime Fee of $300.00 and $40.00 pet rent.

Maximum weight of 50 lbs.each. A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed per apartment and each applicant must provide a photograph of each pet. Animals must be at least six (6) months of age and must have proof of current vaccinations, proof of weight when full grown, and breed documentation.

Cyber Café, clubroom, fitness center, yoga studio, indoor and outdoor pool, gas grills, walking paths and trails, volleyball court, racketball court, saunas, laundry room, resident storage, and parking garage.

On site parking is available. Garage parking is based upon availability, there is a $50 monthly charge. Coincides with the term of the lease.

A building, the 11 stack has washer/dryer ($75 amenity fee), all other is central laundry.
